NHBC is the standard setting body and leading warranty and insurance provider for new homes in the UK. Thomas Mitchell Homes Ltd and Thomas Mitchell Builders Ltd are both members of the NHBC and build to their Rules and Standards.

Thomas Mitchell Homes are a member of Construction Line the UK's register of local and national construction and construction-related contractors and consultants, pre-qualified to work within the public sector.

UK Timber Frame Association (UKTFA)
UKTFA is a bespoke timber frame quality assurance scheme, including elements of design, manufactured product conformity and site erection. Thomas Mitchell Homes are a member of UKTFA.

Scottish Home Awards
The Scottish Home Awards was founded in 2007 to recognise excellence in the Scottish housebuilding industry. It is an independent awards programme, run for the benefit of the housebuilding community with the objective of helping house builders and housing associations sell and market their properties more effectively.
