Thomas Mitchell Homes Assisted Move Package - How Does It Work

Q. What is our Easy Move Package?
A. Quite simply if you reserve a Thomas Mitchell Home we will appoint a local Selling Agent from our panel of agents to value your property.

Q. How do I know they will value my home fairly?
A. All our Selling Agents are carefully selected from reputable firms and are professionally trained in property valuations.

Q. What happens next?
A. Once we have agreed a realistic acceptable price for your property you will be required to sign a conditional missive for the purchase of your new Thomas Mitchell Home.

Q. What if we can’t agree an acceptable price?
A. In the event that we can’t agree a minimum acceptable price we will refund your reservation fee. However, once the price has been agreed we will commence marketing. From this point your reservation fee will no longer be refundable.

Q. How much will Thomas Mitchell Homes pay towards these costs?
A. Thomas Mitchell Homes will be responsible for the marketing fee, advertising expenditure and agents selling fee up to the value of £2,000 (including Home Report).

Q. How long will you market the property for?
A. If a buyer has not been found for your property after a period of 12 weeks either party can choose to terminate the agreement for the purchase of your new home.

Q. What if I receive an offer greater than the agreed minimum price.
A. If you receive an offer in excess of the asking price you simply proceed with the purchase of your new home safe in the knowledge that your home is sold and that Thomas Mitchell Homes will pay the selling fee.
