Thomas Mitchell Homes work in conjunction with a growing number of builders and developers, bringing to each a variety of solutions for their projects. Whether a builder is procuring only a timber frame kit for their showhome to facilitate an early marketing initiative, or wish to discuss a more comprehensive involvement in a particular project, we are always delighted to discuss how we may assist you.

Whether this takes the form of advice on development layouts, house type design, or purely sales and marketing help, we can offer much more than just manufacture and supply of the timber frame. Our customers range from the smallest builder (building only 1 or 2 houses per year) to providing fast showhome solutions to major developers, allowing them to establish their sales presence at the earliest possible date.

We are currently developing our BuildPrice® network which is a scheme designed to drive business to our Key Partner Builders all over the UK. We are looking for small to medium size builders that are both able and keen to build one-off timber frame kit homes from the Thomas Mitchell Homes Timber Frame Kit Range.
