The use of timber frame construction in flatted developments is becoming ever more popular because of the speed of erection and the positive advantage this has on issues such as health and safety on site, plant hire charges, and building delays due to inclement weather. We show in this section, a small selection of some of the flatted developments for which we have provided timber frame kits.

This block of flats was part of a larger development constructed on a design and build basis for the Fife based Kingdom Housing Association in Kirkcaldy. The development comprised of 3 and 4 storey flats as well as 2 storey terraced houses.

At the Rectory in Dysart, Fife, timber frame was used to build this 3 storey block of affordable housing for first time buyers. The block consisted of 9 properties with 3 flats served from each floor in a central stairwell.
