Thomas Mitchell Homes - Timber Frame Kits & Housing Developments

Flatted Developments

The use of timber frame construction in flatted developments is becoming ever more popular because of the speed of erection and the positive advantage this has on issues such as health and safety on site, plant hire charges, and building delays due to inclement weather. We show in this section, a small selection of some of the flatted developments for which we have provided timber frame kits.

An exclusive development of 17 new homes in Livingston, West Lothian demonstrates the enormous benefit that is to be gained by builders and developers when they build using timber frame and especially when they build apartments using timber frame.   Timber Frame Kit Flatted Development in Livingston
