Thomas Mitchell Homes, with over 35 years experience, are one of the longest established timber frame designers and manufacturers operating in the UK. We offer a vast range of house types, covering over 30 house styles, or alternatively manufacture homes to your special or specific designs. We can work from clients' sketches or architects plans. Planning sensitive issues are easily catered for with alternative external treatments on all our homes.

All our kits are designed to comply with the latest "Part J" of the Scottish Building Standard Regulations,, but a variety of alternative specifications are also on offer including our TM150 range which offers higher than normal insulation standards, while our Premier Collection hosts a range of larger house styles.

Thomas Mitchell Homes can offer to supply only, supply and erect, or alternatively provide a full build price for those wishing a 'turn key' solution. We also have a list of Key Partner Builders that we can recommend to build Thomas Mitchell Homes.
