| Due to continued expansion a position exists for a Senior Quantity Surveyor .The candidate would be expected to have at least 5 years experience with a house builder and have handled all aspects of quantity surveying from initial budgeting to final accounts.

Due to our Company’s continued growth and expansion programme going forward we require an Architectural Technician to work in our dedicated ‘in-house’ Technical Team based initially in our existing Thornton Office but relocating to our new premises in Kirkcaldy at the end of the year.
Candidates should ideally be HND qualified with previous experience in timber frame
construction beneficial and be able to work under minimal supervision.
Duties include liaising with External Consultants in obtaining Statutory Approvals and
delivering the necessary technical information to our Sales & Construction Teams for
a number of ‘active’ Sites.
A competitive salary and car allowance will be available to the successful candidate.
